Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the long-term house rental services ("Service") offered by Kind House Rentals ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Rental Agreement

The use of the Service to browse, inquire about, or book long-term house rentals is subject to a separate Rental Agreement. The Rental Agreement outlines the specific terms, conditions, and responsibilities related to the rental of the property. By proceeding with a booking through our Service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of the Rental Agreement. Additionally, an Occupancy Agreement will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. This Agreement must be reviewed and signed within 48 hours of receipt. If the Occupancy Agreement is not signed within the specific timeframe, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. By making a booking through our Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the reservation. Any false or misleading information provided may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2.2. Payments for bookings are subject to the terms outlined in the Rental Agreement. We may require a security deposit, advance rent, or other fees as specified in the Rental Agreement.

2.3. Payment methods accepted for bookings will be outlined on our website or communicated during the booking process. You agree to abide by the payment terms and provide valid payment information.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or the cancellation must occur 60 or more days before check-in.

3.2 If you cancel 30 or less days before check-in, you’ll need to pay 50% for all nights.

3.3 If you cancel after that, you must pay for all nights.

3.4 We have a strict cancellation policy. If you have any doubts about your plans, please purchase travel insurance.

4. Property Use and Maintenance

4.1. You agree to use the rented property for residential purposes only and to abide by any rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the property owner or manager.

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and reporting any damages or issues promptly to the property owner or manager.

5. Liability and Indemnification

5.1. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during your stay at the rental property. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or the rental property.

6. Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes, modifications, or updates to the Service, including pricing, availability, and terms, without prior notice.

7. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Country, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kind House Rentals regarding the use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
